Rough Itinerary
Rough itinerary but I figure countries will drop in and out of months and some will drop out all together.
Primary activities are a rough guide to what I'd like from each of the regions and what they're best for… obviously, you can add 'soaking up culture, history and environment, visiting monuments and partying etc general living, personal growth, tra la la' to all places.
Oct - mid nov: Buenos Aires, Uruguay, Argentina
Primary activities: Cultural immersion (erm… language school), ranching, Iguazu falls and south to Patagonia
Mid nov - dec: Argentina, Chile
Primary activities: Working up from Patagonia crossing the border whenever there´s something to see on the other side - Old Patagonian Express, Lake district, Mendoza, Salda
Dec: Argentina, Chile, Bolivia
Primary activities: Hiking, Salt flats, Christmas
Jan: Bolivia, Peru, Brazil
Primary activities: Walking, Cycling / Mountain biking, Inca trail, Pantanal
Feb: Brazil

All a bit hazy from here as options are to go through jungle up to Venezuela and then back round or to go over to Peru and work up. This is more likely...
